PHI detection, policy enforcement, and tokenization of detected values before model invocation
Purpose-bound authorization for users, intents, and tools
Model routing to your own Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, or Anthropic resources, or to ours
Customer-managed encryption keys for stored work product
Audit trail per supported invocation, with FHIR R4 AuditEvent and Provenance projection for eligible workflows
Configurable audit retention
A business associate agreement whenever identifiable PHI is in scope

What sets the price

Whether requests route to your own model resources or to ours, seat count, and audit retention period. Design partners receive preferred pricing for the life of the engagement in exchange for roadmap input and reference conversations.

Do you offer a BAA?

Yes, on any engagement where identifiable PHI is in scope.

Can we use our own Azure OpenAI or AI Foundry resources?

Yes. OpenAI and Anthropic keys are supported the same way.

Who holds the encryption keys for our data?

You can. Customer-managed keys in your own Azure Key Vault are supported, including cross-tenant key access.
