Platform fee
What Three Gates actually provides
A predictable platform fee covers the durable services the control plane delivers: compliance enforcement, audit retention aligned to your regulatory obligations, alerts, reporting and evidence artifacts, monitoring, training, and support. The fee scales with the two things you can forecast: your licensed users and the tier that matches your organization's complexity.
You can budget this number at contract signing instead of discovering it month by month.
AI usage, passed through
At your provider's cost, no markup
AI inference flows through at your actual provider rate. Bring your own provider credentials and contracts, or route through our provider relationships for operational simplicity. Either way, Three Gates does not mark up inference.
Each plan includes a usage allowance with a soft-cap alert before any limit, so a heavy month never becomes a billing surprise.
Three Gates makes money on the platform fee. Inference is a service we facilitate, not one we monetize.
